Just some words inspired by Winston Churchill, about "Say what you do and do what you say"... 
We have before us a map of the most grievous kind. We have before us many, many long moments of struggle and of suffering. You ask, what is my policy? I can say: It is teamwork by a full cooperation of our soldiers; teamwork in an intelligent and collective way against an enemy who will not make us any present. That is my policy. You ask, what is my aim? I can answer in one word: It is communication, communication at all costs, communication in front of any situation, communication, whenever the place should be clear or not; for without communication, there is no teamwork.
