TLC suggestions

When team is well fuctioning and every team member knows hes role and knows other team members role and firing sector then there is no need to tell each member what to do, then its enough to tell it once to the team.
Teamwork can be practiced, movements mostly... even professionals practice
Some empty map (without enemy) would be best.
And from statisics, 3 to 5 people is best to control by one person...over that it goes difficult.

I hope i can play on event someday this sunday is party time so no play...
