Models of Planes

I think I need good ingredients to become a good chef, the rest is
imagination, talent and persistance. I never tasted mortadella, but
I imagine it feels like melting in your mouth. I would open something
like a sandwich shop and sell sandwiches with it. Of course, I would
also make my own pastry and etc etc

I had made one of these many years ago. I took all day to assemble:
