Okay, so now I will know that tomorrow there won't be any fog in west Romania.

When it's cloudy, it's usually warmer. It's when there's a clearer sky with or without wind,
that makes it very cold. Anyway in Romania it didn't rain too much all year. That doesn't
necessarily mean it's gonna snow a lot this winter. But if it does snow a lot, Mihai will be
covered in snow
