You can try to make the text, eagle and wings without too many details. Keep it as
simple as possible. Make versions with and without shadow. Take your time to think
about it.

If you go to google images and search for "stylized eagle head" you find many examples of eagle heads.
Same for "stylized eagle wings"

Hmm... maybe the eagle is better than eagle head and wings
