Ro, there is always an excuse, the phone, son who needs to go to hospital, you forget and so on.
Fact is you were banned many times now for being afk and you still are always afk...you simply don't change your behavior.
It does not really matter any more what the reasons are.

Your ban is 1 month and you are actually lucky I don't permanently ban you like I promised before.
If we have to ban you again for being afk it WILL be a permanent ban, so last chance.
Trust is hard to gain but easy to lose.
