no, what Bass is asking about, how can you have the frames-per-second displayed inside the game and especially embedded into a screenshot?

Ah! Sorry, i didn't understand.
So, i really don't have any special answer. I use Fraps with it's basic settings, more often for recording the videos and sometimes i take the screenshots also with it, but more often i use a shareware called "FastStone Capture" to take the screenshots, also with it's basic settings.
After that, i decrease the file size a bit with Photoshop to a 1024x768 resolution or less and then i record the file in Jpeg format, with a basic name ( i.e. without any "-", spaces or special character ).
That's all i can say about that, you see, really nothing special. Hope it will help you.
