=RpR= Anniversary Party Suggestions

Big thanks to Maquisard for the idea of celebrating the existence of the =RpR= family starting this year. This would be our third public Coop event that we will host every year. Juan was able to help us with information and in late March is when we must fix a date.

Everyone can participate with suggestions and we also need volunteers to help us set up this event. Here are a few simple ones:

1. Date and time for starting our event
So far there is a suggestion from Maki for hosting it on a Saturday evening so everyone not going to work early on Monday morning can join us. 27th March, one month from now, would be a good date.

2. Artwork and publicity
Before we make this event official and send invitations to our friends, we would like to have a simple, beautiful artwork to display. Anyone with image editing skills can help us here. Use your imagination and possibly these images:



Damni has voluntarily helped us with this beautiful artwork for the Otto & Justice Memorial and the Christmas Event < see these examples.

3. Mission list
We don't know how many of our members and friends can participate, but we should welcome them with the best missions our servers can offer, from the classic campaign ones to the "war is hell" modded versions. Don't hesitate to give us your suggestions. Suggestions can be made in this thread

4. Special decorations
Thanks to our friend Matro we were able to host the Christmas event with a Xmas tree on Arctic 1. Maki has suggested a simple 3D cake where we can take a group photo. If you have a 3D cake model and other decorations they are most welcome.

5. Party locations
Here are 5 good locations/ rooms where we can serve the cake and add any other decorations. We should pick one of them. Which one would you choose?
