Yeah, just like Atef Ryan who was also playing at the same time, must have dynamic IP.
Only way to solve that is to ban a complete IP range...

Yes, its obvious. During the "play" he told me that this is his current IP: [192.168.14.1]. But it seems to be fake or hard to locate. IP changers are not the problem too... He's gonna return every time.

lol well if he said his IP was 192.168.14.1 he is a noob because that is a local IP and not his internet IP.
