Also remember that, all of us, we were noobs at our beginnings. It's not a flaw to be a noob and it's not a reason to be disrespectful with the person. For me, i prefer a noob who wants to learn and play fair rather than a "pro" who brings problems by his attitude and/or way of speaking.
