Banned DIMAS for reconnecting on Realism server, identified myself as admin but he didn't care. Was gonna give him a 3 day ban but he keeps reconnecting with different IP's and names, so now 2 week ban. He is from Belarus - ISP BYFLY.

Banned IP range 178.121.0.0-178.121.31.255 adn 37.45.128.0-37.45.159.255 we have other players from BELARUS/BYFLY so we may get complaints...

Below is all him...
