Ban Notes - ADMINS ONLY

Banned Hulagu Khan for insulting (faggot) without reason and wasting other players' time by not regrouping. Yesterday he was showing the same behavior on Libya 2 map, I kicked him then after several warnings. He is the same player as ISIS and The Türk.
Maquisard was also in the server.

Edit: Hulagu's reaction later (now deleted) clearly showed his abusive character, ban is permanent.

I gave player Webdesigner warning for glitching on Jousa deathmaatch.

I banned him,he glitch again,again and again. Warning give nothing.

Serkses to be honest this is not enough information. Possible extra info is:

-did you give a warning
-did the TK seem intentional?
-could the TK be an accident?
-how did the TK happen (shooting others, a grenade, car etc.)
-did you see the player behave bad before?
-did the player say sorry
-(if possible evidence - screenshot, video)

All above is not a law but if I speak for me myself I would like to have some more info about what happened, also to be able to make a decision when the banning admin is away for a longer time.
Like in the LuckyStrike ban it is unclear if the TK could have been a mistake or not or what were the circumstances.
I think we should not ban for a simple mistake, as long as it is an accident. If this "mistake" happens over and over it is another story.
