Ban the known ranges. We'll see who comes to us to request unbans. If innocents get caught we re-define the ranges or cancel them and apologize to those we blocked for a short while. There is even a chance one of the morocco players knows him and can talk some sense into him.

Banned Tom (Hungary) for team killing due to careless playing. He never said sorry and after a warning still did an avoidable TK.
3 day ban.
