This is probably because you don't have the right map installed. Go HERE to download our latest map pack (download .sfx file)

If Jo had 1 dollar for every teamkiller he banned, he would be richer than Mark Zuckerberg lol
Friendly fire would be useful just in Occupation: when I was not an admin and there was a cheater around, I had a lot of fun shooting him and then saying "sorry" and healing him in the middle of enemy fire ahah...you get killed, but the cheater also :P
Seriously: don't teamkill friends in Coop and let other guys play in peace.
