unban request Max. / Josef Stalin / OFICER NKVD 1939

Guys, im sorry for my behaviour, that was bad days and bad mood (long period). Hope you will forgive me this. I make this request for unbanning because i want to play this game Online. Sorry for all. Thanks

To all =RpR= members. Personally I feel Max deserves to stay banned, maybe forever, maybe for just a longer period.
You are free to disagree with me, if more than one member asks to unban Max I will agree, but under protest

Reasons for ban for me: and how I have experienced Max since I know him.

(when still a member):
-not following TLC rules
-glitching
-using bad language against other players
-abusing admin rights

(when no longer a member):
-encouraging players to ignore RpR server rules (and not replying to PM's about it)
-ignoring rule about speaking english on the servers
-using bad names after being warned, choosing bad name again (is server rule)
-lying about having a fixed IP (and playing while still banned)
-undermining RpR in general (questioning rules, ban policy)
-using the bad mood excuse every time he comes into trouble with RpR

Of course, you don't have to follow my opinion, but I am done with this.

Facts listed by NL in his post aren't questionable, they're just truth.
Pfff, personally, don't know why, i still think that Max is able to understand and to do right, one day ...
Maybe i'm wrong about that.

My opinion : I don't ask for unban, i think that the ban is deserved.
But i think that Max can understand and take something benefit with it, so i suggest a non permanent ban, with a duration set by proper admin.

Max mate why you did it? I have not been playing for several weeks, but everytime I saw you in the past, you were polite, friendly and fair. Why you changed your behavior?! If I come to your Russia, Max, I must respect your laws and your rules. If I come to your home, I must respect your rules.
So if you play in the =RpR= servers, you have just to respect =RpR= rules and I'm 100% sure that you'll be welcome. Think about it...
