No Patrick, you can check RSC, the 9 in front of akj means "unbanned". Lately I don't remove players from the list but just give unbanned status in RSC, that way we keep a record of banned players and IP's.
Trust is hard to gain but easy to lose.

BTW I am pretty sure that the banlist on the forum is filled with data from RSC, so they are the same.
