Serkses banned you and he will be the one to make a decision. If he doesn't not respond for a longer period other admins will make a decision.
So let's start with a question: do you understand why it is not very nice to team up with someone on DM? There is no specific rule against it but it is not a fait way to play the game, or do you think different.
And we only see you say sorry for not seeing the warning(s), not for what you did.
