It is... and it does not have to be written in "rules", it's called "COMMON SENSE". Mechanics of the game, everyone vs everyone.

1) Muller is a very polite, fair and friendly player. He never offended you. He never said anything about you. he just killed you dozen times and you decided to kick him.
2) I don't like your tone. You can't tell me what I have to do or "We won't do it anymore" just because I wrote it in another post.
If =RpR= wants to unban you then ok, but my advice is to keep you banned for 1 week.
