We always do that, Stern. When we are over 7-8 players, if the map
allows it, we split in two teams. One goes one direction, one in
another direction. The problem is keeping everyone else busy, not
to have moments when someone could be doing something useful.

I understand that, Damni. Maybe you can give suggestions.

I think there is no need to limit the number of players. Especially for a game that is basically 99% DEAD. As long as they know the basic rules of the event, anyone should be welcome to join.
Let's say you set the max number of player to 6 and that Sunday 8 guys are on TS waiting for the game. What are you gonna do? Pick 2 and tell them to go play elsewhere? I bet those two won't be coming back the next week-end.

About the "keeping everyone busy" thing, I really don't see an issue there. At the moment you decide to join the event, you know that you can't wonder around as you would on a random server. If you can't accept that, just don't join. There are other servers with plenty of slots waiting for you.
If the mission requires you to hang back for a long time or doesn't allow you to kill dozens of enemies, just deal with it. Again, if you're bored, then it's your problem. No one pointed a gun to your head forcing you to join the game.

That's my opinion.

It's not a question about to limit the number of players but to limit the number of players in one team and to create a second team if needed. Really, i think that 7/8 is a maximum in a team, more it becomes very hard for the TL, not necessarily to keep everyone busy but just for managing the team. It's difficult enough to simply manage such a group and always remembering who plays and with which weapon and with which role. :mm1:

Wtf, I just wrote 4 paragraphs and then it says session has expired.

I'll try to rewrite that later.

But until I do that, it's good to remember that the role of the TL is
not to be active as the soldiers are. His role is to give them tasks,
and remember himself and his soldiers of the plan he made up for that
mission. It's not always necessary to tell people how to do things,
just tell them what they need to do and give some suggestions. This way
being TL isn't that hard. For me it's as fun as playing an active role,
but I would need 5 minutes to make up a plan for every mission. So
keeping classes and weapons mostly the same, with minor changes.

It will be funny to test something one day : Let's imagine that the TL doesn't move from the start point, managing his team and the full battle only by looking at the handmap

Also, Snow, don't forget that it's true that you are also much familiar with the role of TL than lot of other players, including myself, so things that seems not hard can be hard for a new candidate to the role of TL, because it's really another behaviour, another kind of reflection, another global vision of the game that the TL must have and that need a bit practice. :mm1:

The RPR Clan gaming community has long been known to fans of action battles and online battles. Fans of dynamic games gather here to share their experiences, participate in competitions, and enjoy the atmosphere of teamwork. Every evening, players from different countries can be found on the server, which makes the process even more interesting and unpredictable. Interestingly, gaming often intersects with other areas of entertainment. For example, in the world of casinos, special attention is paid not only to the thrill of gambling, but also to the design of the venues, where every detail creates a unique atmosphere. In this regard, it is worth paying attention to the article on how the world's most impressive casinos are created and what elements allow them to make such a strong impression on visitors — ahouseinthehills.com. The article reveals architectural solutions, gaming spaces, and aesthetic approaches that can surprise even those who are far from the gambling industry. Thus, both the esports community and the casino world share a common idea: to create a space where people can fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere, feel the thrill, and experience vivid emotions. RPR Clan gives this to its players through online battles, and the world's best casinos do so through their unique design and atmosphere.
