Unfortunately, the head of the Rs_ clan never got in touch. In addition, the leaders of [MTB] informed about the refusal to participate ( report ) at the last moment - the day before the first match of the Championship.
Instead of the Championship on 20 January 2019 will be followed by the open TLC.

Well, I wouldn't call it a clan war.
=Iron= Ms_ could participate. If Rs_ and [MTB] hadn't disrupted the event, everything would have gone fine. It would be possible as well as =RpR=, to refuse at once, instead of to wait until the last day.
