Well about camo faces i found they connected with that blood stains option but forum dont alow me upload images so try by yourself just run single player mission see team members have camo faces shot them you see thee blood stains then save game and then in option turn off option called "blood stains" reload game so its dont crash and you see soldiers dont have camo faces and if you hit them no blood stains :undecided:
