What's up at home today...?

Put up a bird house today, I hope I will have a bird family on my balcony this spring and / or summer. All are welcome, tits, robins or sparrows.
I hope they will like the house, my balcony is not ideal but the entrance is to the east and the house is sheltered from wind and rain.

Did you build it or buy it?

Sure you can live in it, but on the condition you lay an egg, sit on it until it hatches and then I expect you to make lovely chirping sounds for at least a few weeks

I bought it, it was an action and it cost only 4€. Easy enough to make one yourself though.

I can do the chirping for $4 if no bird family moves in. I don't know
about laying eggs and hatching them

I planned to do several, made out of big tubes. I stopped doing it
when I saw how easily cats go up trees. There was one cat that
climbed on the cherry tree over my window to tell me to feed him.
He barely got down, almost fell over the thin branches.
