Brest maritime area, December 27, 2012.
"Qu'est-ce qu'on va foutre dans un centre opérationnel sinistre à regarder un radar ? Vous vous êtes renseignés sur la météo ? Qui a eu cette idée de demeuré ? Je me fous des Bretons. Je vais être au milieu de dix connards en train de regarder une carte !"
"What the fuck are we going to do in a sinister operational center watching a radar? You are informed about the weather? Who had this halfwits idea ? I don't care Britons. I'll be in the middle of ten assholes watching a map!"
The title of this song is "La mémoire et la mer" (The memory and the sea).
And here, we have both...
EDIT : Here is another video, just an example of the work of these CROSS Corsen "assholes"...

Yesterday evening, instant at the tavern of King Morvan...
Notice this strange corner where i live, where, if you search well, it is even a 32 December... Land of legends...

One of the last men of Commando Kieffer of D-Day has died
Petty Officer Joseph Guilcher was one of the 177 French marines who landed on June 6, 1944 in Normandy. He died on the evening of New Year's Day 2013, at Pont l'Abbé, at the age of 89 years.
Native of the island of Sein, he was 17 years old when he responded to the appeal of General de Gaulle. After a tour in England, volunteered for the marines, he entered the Commando Kieffer. He will be injured on the beach of Colleville-sur-Orne (Sword Beach sector, today Colleville-Montgomery), on June 6, 1944.
Quickly restored, he returned to fight in Belgium and Holland. Demobilized in November 1945, Joseph Guilcher will come back on the island of Sein, before going to work at the auction at the port of Le Guilvinec.
Particularly discreet man, Joseph Guilcher was awarded the Legion of Honor, the War Cross, the Medal of the Resistance and the Medal of Landing. He will be honored tomorrow, Friday January 4, at 14:30, in the church of Notre-Dame des Flots at Léchiagat on the common of Treffiagat.
