The 306 is not to be considered as a kind of "big sacré numéro", 205 and 306 are very different and parts are quite never the same. The Peugeot 306 is also a very great success of the French manufacturer. I drove some and i say the same as the overhelming majority of users : A reliable and efficient car, with a safe and sure behaviour, very good chassis, rather low on its suspensions, an effective braking, a precise direction, reference rolling trains as often at Peugeot. Good general quality of construction and right size, neither too small nor too big, much balanced than the 205 in my opinion. Wide selection of motorizations. It also exists in cabriolet, designed by Pininfarina, and kind of confidential series as the wild 306 Le Mans or the so elegant 306 Rolland Garros.

A very good, well born car, without real serious weak points, that can go far with a little of care and maintenance. Highly recommended and still disputed on the second hand market. In France, the commercial motto was : " One should always compare his car to a 306. "

Many thanks, a late face-lifted 306 model (hatchback 3 or 5 door) might be a good choice. My mechanic told me that many parts (engines e.g.) are the same that the 205 had. The convertible has no good reputation due to its sensible structure of the body, sure it looks fine and will become a classic soon.

The car was advertised over here as “The Rival”

Yeah, some parts, as engines or clutches by example are the sames but for lot of the rest, well, good luck to you, pay attention if you got a 306 stage 1, stage 2 or stage 3, the evolution is important... :mm1:

Also, it's true that convertibles often got specific problems, was the same by example with the VW Golf, but they're so classy... :mm1:

Well, I just got back from another visit to Canada's East coast.

It was a lot of walking, but well worth it for the scenery

I visited the Lighthouse at Peggy's Cove, a really beautiful place where you can climb the rocks right down to the ocean. It was a lot of fun just exploring around there, and a big challenge not to get wet :sarcy: :P

I also think I may have found Nik...
Warning: Spoiler!

The RPR Clan gaming community has long been known to fans of action battles and online battles. Fans of dynamic games gather here to share their experiences, participate in competitions, and enjoy the atmosphere of teamwork. Every evening, players from different countries can be found on the server, which makes the process even more interesting and unpredictable. Interestingly, gaming often intersects with other areas of entertainment. For example, in the world of casinos, special attention is paid not only to the thrill of gambling, but also to the design of the venues, where every detail creates a unique atmosphere. In this regard, it is worth paying attention to the article on how the world's most impressive casinos are created and what elements allow them to make such a strong impression on visitors — ahouseinthehills.com. The article reveals architectural solutions, gaming spaces, and aesthetic approaches that can surprise even those who are far from the gambling industry. Thus, both the esports community and the casino world share a common idea: to create a space where people can fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere, feel the thrill, and experience vivid emotions. RPR Clan gives this to its players through online battles, and the world's best casinos do so through their unique design and atmosphere.
