I can understand you, Maqui.
Italy is helping migrants in the Southern Mediterranean since 2011, and our European friends have no helped us until migrants didn't come also from Eastern Europe.
When NATO fought against Gheddafi in 2011, because of the strategic importance of Italy (it's close to Europe and close to Africa and Middle East at the same moment), NATO fighters used Trapani Birgi Airport and Naval Air Station Sigonella as bases: in 15 minutes they got Libya. In that case Italy was good. But when thousand of migrants got Lampedusa's coasts because the "dictator" Gheddafi was not there to stop them, our good European friends said ITALY HAS TO HELP MIGRANTS ALONE. Before to be killed Gheddafi said:"If one day I won't be here anymore, Europe will be invaded by Africans". He was right lol.
However often migrants in Italy throwed away lots of meals because "there was pork meat inside".
So I paid taxes for nothing lol

Yeah, just like the passengers of the Titanic, they all were in the same boat, but only some of them escaped...
And which ones ...?
