The transition government of Michel Kafando is in fight against the public fraud.
The government of the transition, battling against the public fraud, has just suspended the salaries of more than 1200 state employees. These state employees did not appear physically in counters during the said operation of billetage which consisted in paying physically and not not by bank transfer the the civil servants after check of their identity and file. In spite of the biometric census of the state employees under Blaise Compaoré regime, it is about 2,7 billion FCFA that the government lost every year in conformance for the payment of the fictitious state employees.
"It's people who are retired, who abandoned their post, who eventually resigned on secondment or unavailability or out of contract. Some even died. And they continue to receive their salary. It's like that all elements that have helped to hand over 1213 employees. "
Once completed operation, the government will establish, according to Amina Billa, of the orders of receipts, and all these fictitious state employees or in irregular situation will have to carry out the refunding of all the sums due.
I say bravo, hoping that this action will go through. Some Governments should take the example, but do they have .........?

Death of Samuel Pisar, one of the youngest survivors of Auschwitz

Tributes are flowing from across the globe to Samuel Pisar, a tireless defender of human rights, whose death was announced this morning. His was an extraordinary life: after a youth of terrible suffering in the midst of the most tragic events of the twentieth century, he went on to a brilliant international career, characterised by a commitment to peace and to the human dignity of all.
Samuel Pisar was born into a Jewish family in Poland in 1929.
Deportee at 13 years
Samuel Pisar goes then to the Russian school, his city being under the control of the Red Army. Two years later, Hitler throws his big offensive on the USSR. The Nazis, who quickly take the city of Bialystock, expel the family in a Jewish ghetto. His father is arrested and executed, whereas her mother and his younger sister Frida are managed towards Treblinka. Samuel Pisar is deported to the extermination camp of Majdanek, before being transferred to Auschwitz and Dachau.
. After the war, with the help of relatives in France and Australia, he resumed his education, earning a degree at the University of Melbourne, and later doctorates at Harvard and the Sorbonne. He worked at the United Nations and as a foreign policy advisor to President Kennedy, and then for decades as an international lawyer of renown, with a global practice and many high-profile clients.
Throughout his career, Pisar sought to further the causes of peace, international cooperation and human rights. During the Cold War, he helped to build stronger cultural and commercial links between East and West and provided support to Soviet dissidents and human rights campaigners like Andrei Sakharov and Alexander Solzhenitsyn. From 2012, he was UNESCO’s Honorary Ambassador and Special Envoy for Holocaust.
RIP

As usual with Krosoft, the new version of wah wah is the opportunity of an unbridled advertising anthology : "New Era", "the time has come to make it big", "you will be an expert from the first day "," fascinating new "and so on ... All served with great pictures of little children well fed and very happy with the god Windows ... Fuck, what a circus. And it appears that the update is for free ... Aspirin also ...?

A closing 4 meters high, decided by the government of Viktor Orban conservative, and approved by Parliament, will gradually be erected along the 175 km separating Hungary from Serbia.
Its construction is an absolute scandal that blatantly violates international law. Hungary signed, as more than 150 member states of the UN, the international Refugee Convention of 1952, which creates the right of asylum. Is the possibility of seeking protection in a foreign State when it is persecuted in his country of origin to ethnic, religious or political. This right of asylum is a universal human right. Respecting human rights is also one of the main conditions for accession to the European Union that Hungary must apply!
This wall will stop nobody, it will modify maybe certain routes. People will pass by Croatia or Romania. His main consequence will especially be to make increase imposed prices by the smuggler.
One more time, total silence of the European Union

European Union is focused on money, in Greece or elsewhere, as it always has been, as it was the object and the purpose of its creation, despite the pretty speeches of "unity", "freedom" and other bullshit in which only the naives can believe. Moreover, and particularly about foreign policy, even this name "European Union" is a joke.
