Records Search Tool (CREST) CIA was set up to answer a need for transparency on the actions of the agency of piece of information. Introduced in 1995 by Bill Clinton, the disqualification had until now only not much visibility. Only a room of National Archival and Records Administration (NARA) of the Maryland proposed an access to these documents between 9 am and 4:30 pm. It is only having been taken to court by the association Muckrack and the putting under pressure by the projects of the American journalist Mike Best that CIA decided to publish these top secret documents. The implementation of the CREST establishes a considerable advance regarding freedom of information, offering to everyone a performing tool to lift the veil on secret held data.

Romania is in the streets again because the government last night
integrated an emergency ordinance for the amnesty of those who are
in prison for "certain reasons". Of course it's aimed at politicians who
had no problems with the uncivilized jails and now that all jails in Romania
are full of politicians, they try to make laws so that abuse of power is
not sanctioned.

Around 300.000 now, they say. Maybe half a million around the country
in a few days if the government keeps this up.
