With all the serious stuff happening in the world I think it is time to have a bit of a laugh about my cooking skills, which are very limited. Basic meals, and that's it.
The recipe below will be considered by many as simple, and it is. Most would eat it as breakfast or lunch but for me it was dinner. But I like it so decided to share
Ingredients:
-fresh paprika (or red bell pepper) thinly sliced.
-bacon
-eggs
-cheese
-fresh black pepper
-paprika powder
-oregano
(no salt, bacon is salt enough)
Heat up some butter and fry the bacon:
Than add the eggs (your choice to keep the yoke complete or broken:
Add cheese:
Add the fresh paprika and seasonings and cover the pan with a lid. Wait until the eggs are cooked and the cheese melted:
Toast a whole-wheat slice of bread:
And serve and eat

Cool stuff NL
Actually, eggs and bacon with roasted bread is something that i often cook for my breakfast, when i have to wake up early for a day of hard working (Café croissant is nice but a bit light when you have to work a bit physically ...)
Next time i'll check it by adding the cheese and red bell pepper

Nope, red pepper raw, just the short cooking until eggs are done. If you slice thin they get cooked fast.
But: I like raw red peppers, I guess you could also put them in earlier with the bacon and fry them a bit before you put in the eggs.
