Raspberry kompot. I never heard of it, just tried it last year with only 2 jars. It's a perfect drink

Aaaand pear nectar made today from 3 types of pears. This one has just 100g of sugar per 3-4 kg of pears. It really shouldn't need sugar at all. The different flavors combine perfectly and it's so sweet and thick it needs extra water when drinking. Super simple to make, just clean the fruit, remove the skin and core, then cover with water and juice of a lemon. Boil for 20 minutes and blitz.
