Why not incorporate a clock, set on GMT time, by example next to the =RpR= countdown event chronometer ?
This could be our universal time reference for planned meetings as TLC or coop event, so no worries about French time or Australian time or Canadian time or whatever...

It would be even better to see the time depending on our
PC's time.

For some reason, I can't get it to work with a simple
script. Will 6 PM GMT do?
I could add the offset too: example +1, +3, -7 ...
