Stop email subscriptions and PM mailing

it depends of which posts you are referring. You mean the Private Message notifications or notifications about new forum posts?

Forum notifications:
Go to your user's profile in forum




Then select the subscriptions tab




Now select the categories/topics you are subscriped to and action "unsubscribe selected", press "Go" and your're done.

I just want to block all email notifications. I know how to unsubscribe from notifications from individual threads. But then i have to do that individually for each new thread i make post in. Why can't there be a simple option for just stopping these notifications altogether?

Some months ago, i cleaned my Inbox by spending 2 hours. I cancelled all unnecessary subscriptions, deleted 100s of useless mails, organized everything so as to use my email for my personal important stuff ONLY.

Then few weeks ago i checked in and found all unnecessary RPR notifications flooding my Inbox. Then i selected no notification option from forum index and thought everything is solved. Then last week i logged in my email, again i found RPR notifications continue to come and flood my inbox. How can i stop it?

as far as i can see you are still subscribed to 4 topics including this one.
Every new post made in one of these topics will send an email to you.

Could you give me more infos about these mails? Subject, sender..

I want to unsubscribe from all threads. Is there simple option by which i can unsubscribe from all threads without choosing and selecting for every single one?

ok. Now i selected and unsubscribed from all present threads. But if i post in some new thread, that automatically subscribes me to that thread. Then i have to again manually unsubscribe from it. Is that correct?
