Just navigate through the main menu:
HaD 2 -> Tutorials -> General -> start a dedicated server

In a week or two i'm going to be making a new HD2 server hosting video due to the fact that gamespy have stopped servers from showing up and i know alot of people like to host there own servers i've found a few ways that most of you guys will know but gonna share it with everyone and when i have made it i will post a link here under a new topic if thats ok.
