That problem is solved, i had accidently chosen the port 12001 for servermanager. And then both programs client connecting didnt work.

RSC use 11005 and 12001...
i let the 12001 standart becouse the most Server Manager got 11001
and you can also set 11001 for Server Manager and for a HD2 Server, too
