Are you sure you have entered the right path to HD2DS.exe in the config.txt file? (or in case Sabre Add-on is installed, HD2DS_SabreSquadron.exe)
The file can be found where manager exe is located.

Is here someone with programming experience in Delphi (ObjectPascal)?

I found ServerManager project I started in 2014, but i dont host server anymore and have no intention to finish this project.
I could give it to someone who is willing to complete it.

It has working TCP connection and somekind of login feature.
Plan was to use separate maplists for every server and keep everything visible (Selecting server config pages as Tab control).

I have some questions about this program.

Which of these ports are external and which of these ports are internal?

I have already forwarded the ports on my router but I want to know this detail

I left the external ip blank because I still do not have a fixed ip

my server works but the query port does not work
