Window problem

Hi. My friend has a problem. When he turns on his game, the window looks as you can see in photo. He cant see health, weapon, his nickname...
Any help for him?
(Sorry I have no idea what this is. The game isnt running in half-screen mode or anythin else - he says)

In fact, the problem is still there. But on some maps I have a normal display, for me it is not annoying when I play.
