I did also "task manager2 > "maximize" but nothing...

Check this topic for true fullscreen without stretching. Don't forget tp change a different resolution in setup.exe in game folder.

Not sure why you still have that taskbar at the top, it went away for me after an update of windows or possibly video driver. Check if you have latest video drivers. Maybe the widescreen fix also solves that.

Did you try this --> Run HD2 setup (setup.exe, in your HD2 main directory) and turn "vertical synchronization" on.

I already tried some fixes.

I managed to make that top window line disappear with that Task Manager

Win 10 gives H&D2 players so many headaches

yes it was fixed for me but I did not have to do anything for it, like I said a windows update or NVidia update fixed it for me. When I recently reinstalled windows and HD2 there was literally nothing I had to do to make it run the right way. So that is why I wonder if it is maybe his video driver or possibly windows not being updated with the latest improvements. It is strange that maximizing in task manager does not work because it used to for me, Funzo could take a look at scaling settings.
