H&Deluxe 16FPS Cap was created by ShayoX
So I wanted to play H&D again and this sh*t happens, 16 FPS cap outta nowhere, 16 FPS everywhere
menu, level, tactical mode idk wtf is going on.... :devil: Anyone has fix on that? Please help me if you do, thanks in advance. :gj:

Solved using Radeon Crimson Edition Drivers FPS cap: H&D forced to cap 60fps in drivers on pic
If any AMD users will be getting this problem in future try this solution.

Rather than starting a new thread, ill post here again, why this be happening!? Worked a year ago now get this be it steam or the freeware version and i did regedit thingy for target location and run in admin, no joy. ;(

Had the same issue. After installing latest Windows updates problem was solved but it's just temporary till next updates are released which is very strange. I checked for new updates today, and after installing them game runs fine again but yesterday it was a bit choppy...
