On the visual side looks good, and for one-man project, it has been fast, if its about 1 year...
Some of us probably are interested about the AI functionality and how wide is the ability to control the AI (with scripting).
But if this game is named something else than Hidden&Dangerous...then its other game, but then the missions and graphics could still play a role in copyright, and does the usage of existing game-engine still give copyright problems ?
The one who hesitates is lost !
