D-Day Private Coop

 

Join us this Sunday at 6 PM UTC for our special event to honor the sacrifice of life from those who fought for our freedom and remember one of the key turning points in history. We will join the fighting in Normandy as American and British paratroopers, and later we will dedicate our time to the commando operations in Burgundy. We will play organized , using classes and one-life only. The choice for voice communication is Teamspeak and the password for our D-Day Event server will be "together". You must join our voice channel to play with us as this is a coordinated team play. Everyone can join! Don't miss this event!

Please download and install(copy + paste the contents of the archive) Normandy 4 Calais ... unless you've already installed all updates until April.

Our play will be as simple as possible. Each mission will have a briefing about the objectives and a tactical plan. We will see how we can coordinate ourselves once we start playing and how many will actually join us. If it's possible to have a large group, we will divide it in teams with specific objectives to complete. Some missions will have a faster pace, while others can be quite slow. It will be one life, so we must be careful. In case of accidental team kill, the Team Leader can decide of a reconnect is necessary.

Our four classes(Soldier, Medic, Engineer, Heavy Gunner) will be distributed by the Team Leader depending on each mission. Anyone can be a team leader, but it's suggested that everyone will stick to the same class for the evening to save time. Roles and weapons can change, but class you chose will remain the same.

Each mission will have two attempts (one restart). The missions we don't complete on the first run, we can try again at the end of the campaign.

It's always a great idea to listen to the mission plan and the team leader and leader of your group so we don't end up talking over each other too much.
