Hi guys
Juan contacted me yesterday about a problem he has with his game screen.
Since I have a square monitor, I have no idea how much the game window
can be stretched horizontally. Here's some screenshots from Juan:
Is that normal? Can the game screen be stretched a bit? I know it will not look
normal, but just asking if possible.

Can't he just pick a higher resolution?
I have 1920x1080 monitor and I'm using the highest resolution available.
The game looks pretty good.

1600x1200 is still a 4:3 resolution and not widescreen. The reason it is stretched is because the videocard is scaling. So Juan should be looking for scaling options for his videocard settings. And yes Flo, the way it looks on his screen is normal, it's how I play the game too, simply in the original 4:3 because I don't like the stretching, it looks strange to me.
The reason that he is not getting higher resolutions is probably because it looks like an older laptop with only 64MB VRAM, it won't support higher resolutions.

And BTW, you will only get the 1600x1200 resolution option if you have a 16:10 monitor. If you have a 16:9 monitor you will get max 1280x960.
