I already banned him too last year after joining with Feld and Serkses on the TLC server
and they kept talking polish, not listening to anything I try to say

Yep,I remember this too He is good guy,but somtimes play like a noob and don't look on others

Well the problem is I try to avoid banning players just because they are bad players, there would be no end to the number of players I could ban...
I mean every day I play I see players play like a Rambo on our 4 life servers. They go through lives like cans of energy drinks, needing 12 lives to complete one mission.

So, we have to define how many bad nades are necessary for a noob to understand that, maybe, he has something to change in his way of playing...

You have 100% right NL So, today I create server with 2 slots and play with my friend us favourite maps - without noobs,teamkillers ect... Se we need only 1 live in map,sometimes 2-3. If i see rambos in server I leave
