It's up to the player to quit if he sees he has bad nading skills. I remember once I killed GS-Rickvend 5 times
on Alps1 - nades and headshots. He knew I did stupid mistakes, I didn't intend to kill anyone, I was really tired
and wasn't very responsible until I saw what happened
Since then only on TLC I carry nades if needed. I never carried a nade after killing Rickvend so many times. I
don't like upsetting others with my mistakes.

The problem is many players don't seem to use their map to keep track of the position of other players. I have my map under a mouse button and I (most the time anyway) check my map before I throw a grenade. I almost never TK with nades, but it does happen, especially if there is an invisible wall...

It is a question of experience thus, in the first one, a question of will to improve.

TK by throwing nades might happen on a co-op server when more than 6 players are online in game.
I can see the position of only 6 team mates on the map overview even if more players are there.
so you just can't rely on the map overview

@roxus1234 thank you for reporting about iBelka. I moved your post to a section only RpR members can read, because of the adminlogin. We will talk about this in the clan.
