I actually meant we can use one of the rules, not both.
But I agree it would be best to let a player make his own request, making a little effort shows true motivation.

Rule could be: "want access to =RpR= private servers and or events? Make a request post in the forum (not shoutbox) and we will decide. Password will only be given to players we trust and we know are friendly and play fair. Abusing our trust can result in a ban".
Trust is hard to gain but easy to lose.

How could he knew that it was you NL? :O There are a lot of players with a lot of names. Maybe BoosT is a Spy, not NL :D

I saw the screenshot in the private topic. Boost seems a pretty smart guy, because he "felt" that NL was there. But are you sure tht it was just a "feeling"? Is it possible that he has the RSC as well and that he knew Jo's ip? Maybe I'm too exaggerated, but I like to don't leave anything out.
PS: Wanger speaks a very strange language lol

No he used logic. He read in the shoutbox that I saw Boost and Wanger on the same server while I was logged in "incognito" to spy on them (my mistake) so he figured there was a good chance I was NL.
Trust is hard to gain but easy to lose.
