We don't need that kind of rule for passwords. Don't give a password to anyone new.
We only give password by invitation via TS to someone we already know well enough.
If you want to play with someone only you know, in private, use the Maptest server and
add a password to it. Revert back to Realism when done.

Password to the Events server is changed. We will give it via TS only.

We shouldn't post any messages to allow new players to become members of RpR.
If it happens, it will happen only by invitation. Like I invited jacobston once and he declined.
