He constantly changes his IP range so in those cases there is not much we can do. We can try to ban just his player name in RSC, but that doesn't always seem to work well and as soon as he changes his name he is no longer banned.

Trust is hard to gain but easy to lose.

Okay Stern, i reformulate, i was talking about the IP range the guy is using, but it seems he changes it each times.

Given there is no dialogue with him , there will be no politeness from me .Even if he changes his name or his ip , his attitude will not change , i will ban him without warning the next time i see him
