One way to detect Restart / Nextmap is to check if mission name (folder name) has changed when all players score has set to 0
It should be possible to read out current loaded mission folder name from server console memory.
   (client side address for mission folder name is: HD2_SabreSquadron.exe +004AEA10 +38 +8 
I dont know this address for Console.
Can not use mission name set in mpmaplist.txt because this can be anything but folder name is fixed.

Made a search for this data: Found 3 addresses: restarted console few times and all of them worked.
