Have a few over things in mind, yet i wont give all away just yet.

I really have such an spark idea, Yes a mod for the sky box with moving clouds.

To my understanding in the Normandy bridge map, water flows under it, but would it be possible to use for the sky ?

From' what i can tell is < If i can find what makes this river flow, take out the ingredients, put the layer to the sky and make or get animated biks files.
I am on to something special.

So i set to look for a way and see how i go. If possible then anyone can send in biks mods
and we will have a new section on my site and cool new contains for the game...

I did a quick research for that water thing in Normandy3.

File meshplayer.bin contains info about the water animation bik file "Normandy3.bik" and i guess connection to scene2.bin or volumy.bin with expression "voda" (its means water in russian).

In file volumy.bin i found "voda" two times and one time in scene2.bin.
Maybe one of them is where this water location is stored and then can be changed to move water to sky.
I think Rad Video Tools can convert some video formats into *.bik format.
