I see quite a few of you have had this issue since I started this thread. i am still having no luck with the fullscreen issue. I tried multiple times to open the game, go to task manager then maximize the HD2 process...it still looks just like the other screenshots other players have been posting. it looks like the game is not framed correctly on the screen. any more ideas how to fix this? how depressing

Yes, I followed the instructions for both the setup.exe and in my Nvidia control panel. same problem....i am stumped.
