Don't worry Funzo, i know that what people here call "spaghetti ala carbonara" is not really the authentic Italian recipe.

For me, i don't claim about that, all my recipes are "ala Nikita", and that's all :D

I now have a bread making machine and as we speak I am letting it make my first self-made bread ever. Very curious about the result.

My first result :)
All went well, not the most tasty bread I ever had but that is due to the cheap mix I bought for a first try. Still, very fresh! I have good hope for future bread when I buy better mixes or even try to make my own.

Trust is hard to gain but easy to lose.
