So we've come full circle again 
I remembered it was 2015 when we had the same problems, but it's 2016.
So after almost 2 and a half years, exactly the same situation.
Best wishes to Steff and the support group, who are the only ones that can
solve this kind of problem

What about those lags? Can anyone explain me why servers are lagging? There is a problem with host?

There are no spikes on CPU or memory usage. Everything looks perfect.
If you go there and just want to do anything, you will notice the remote will
freeze for a few seconds. That's when we get connection problems. The
resources show no change. I checked for viruses or malware, but nothing.
The update process is messed up too. I had to close Windows Update
and Installer service. It was constantly using 75% of the CPU in the last
weeks.

What can we do about it? Do you have any ideas? The most iconic server is unplayable.
